Returns

We will only accept back goods which have been damaged in transit if reported by email within 5 days of receiving them. Our policy is to replace goods on return of damaged goods.

Delivery outwith the UK

Please note we can't accept orders from outwith the UK at this time.

Home Delivery Service 

Asher’s will do their best to supply customers within nominated areas with products on the day requested. If they cannot supply a product ordered they reserve the right to swop it with a similar product. If there is no-one to take the delivery and no suitable place to leave the products then they will be left for the customer to collect at the nearest Asher’s shop. We deliver on a Friday each week. Asher’s will only be able to deliver to postcodes within certain areas within 3 miles of Lossiemouth, Elgin, Nairn, Forres and Inverness. Asher Bakery’s decision on this is final.
